Forum For Integrity In Leadership - FIL 's vision for Uganda is a healthy, God fearing, growing and developed nation that is raising leaders and other resources for Africa and the rest of the rest of the World. The Organizations mission is to build a God fearing nation with a growing capacity to resource Africa and the World with her blessings.
The Call For 40 years, Uganda has wandered through the wilderness in search of her destiny. We acknowledge and salute the first generation of leaders who have served our nation under DP, UPC, the NRM and other organizations through the hard times. Their sacrifices have left a national legacy to be inherited, preserved and built upon. We believe that the work of the first generation is finished.As much as we respect the work of those that have gone before us, we bear the responsibility, as the second generation, to lead Uganda into her destiny knowing well that we too will give an account to God and to our children some day. Our nation’s destiny beckons us.
In answer to the call from God and our duty as citizens, The Forum for Integrity in Leadership (FIL) has been formed as a political organization to rally and lead the second generation. FIL will, stand for national integrity, transformed leadership, uphold family values and support wealth creation. This is the basis of our existence.
